Since the beginning this year I’m conducting research with financial support by Ashridge, Hult International Business School, and in cooperation with the University of Gothenburg providing the research expertise.
The study regards a tool for intercultural cooperation and competence, called the QLoop, that I have developed as a result of many years of training and supporting professionals. The tool will provide guidance for anyone who needs to enhance their global skills and decode intercultural encounters.
We are currently introducing the tool to our study participants and gathering data of how it was received. It is very rewarding indeed and as it is work in progress it will last a while before the model will be disclosed. Watch this space!
